Each week shareholders will receive a new variety of fresh mushrooms including Chestnuts, Pioppino, Shiitakes, Lion’s Mane, Blue Oysters, Black Pearl King Oysters, Italian Oysters, and Golden Oysters. Shareholders will also receive a weekly email holding a variety-specific recipe and a farm update.
